Roger is responsible for corporate and international matters having special interest in advising foreign companies.

He focuses on company and commercial law including complex business transactions with particular emphasis on four main areas. First, mergers, acquisitions, de-mergers and joint ventures as well as advising on business and company law, secondly advising on commercial contracts including conditions of sale and purchase, distribution, franchise and licensing agreements, thirdly raising of finance for new ventures and the expansion of existing businesses and finally the development of industrial estates including the acquisition and letting of industrial property.

Roger has a detailed knowledge of the needs of businesses in the North West of England through his long relationship with the BusinessLink for the whole of Greater Manchester and his current position as Director of ChamberLink funded by Government and European sources, providing, amongst other things, business advice to small and medium enterprises.
