John Pearson is Senior Partner and a member of the Executive Committee of the firm with a focus on financial controls. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and is the third generation of his family to be a partner of the firm. He is well known in the area and has many connections and established goodwill in Oldham, Saddleworth and Mossley.

He has considerable experience in advising on clients' estates, including preparing and administering trusts, and in buying, selling and leasing all kinds of property - industrial, commercial, mills, warehouses, offices, shops, licensed premises and farms.

His interests include gardening, fell walking and bird watching. He is a Past member of the National Executive of Round Tables and a Past Chairman of Round Table Trust. He is a keen supporter of Oldham Athletic.
