David Hinchliffe has over 20 years experience in both family and criminal law.

In family law he has a particular expertise in representing children, parents and grand-parents in child care cases. He also has considerable experience in dealing with high value and complex financial disputes arising out of the breakdown of marriage.

His experience in criminal law is comprehensive and he enjoys the challenge of "white collar" crime.
