This means that we have recognised expertise and experience in clinical negligence matters and can offer you specialist advice. It also means that we are one of only a few firms authorised to apply for legal aid to fund your case.

Our professional and caring service is provided by two partners experienced in dealing with complex and disputed cases. The Clinical negligence team also includes a doctor who provides in-house medical support, a nurse and a claims investigator who was formerly a nurse and claims manager with a local healthcare trust.
