We have invested in up to date computer software. This helps us to offer a speedy, personal debt recovery service at a minimum cost and risk to our business client. This also enables the Department to charge clients on a fixed fee basis.

If we consider it uneconomical to pursue a debt we will advise you immediately. We will always keep you fully advised of developments.

This Department works closely with the Commercial Litigation Department. Accordingly, should a matter become contested, Pearson Hinchliffe's Litigation Team can continue to advise and assist you through to trial.
